Wabtec M Series Recorders provide a compact recording solution for discrete electrical and pneumatic signals and provide compliance to FRA Crash Hardening requirements.
Multiple configurations provide customized recording channels to meet different locomotive configurations. Internal integrated air pressure switches and transducers eliminate external air manifolds to simplify installation and maintenance.
Integrated alerter capability meets current FRA and AAR requirements.
The M Series recorder may also be used as a discrete data front end for more complex PTC recording applications where data is forwarded to an integrated recording system for storage with PTC and video channels.
