Collection

The modularity of the Wabtec standalone M-module enables an easy installation on any equipment in order to harvest wirelessly the relevant data onboard or offboard train, based on our experts’ recommendations and customer needs.

Ingestion

All data are encrypted using complex cybersecurity proof algorithms then centralized and computed to the Wabtec Cloud Management System (WCMS).

Analytics

Data are then analyzed by Wabtec product experts supported by artificial intelligence & Wabtec products life management algorithms to determine preventive maintenance operations.  

Actions

The predictive model provides Wabtec maintenance team with actionable alerts and give them access to reports & real-time data of the status of all equipment and keeps track of corrective & preventive operations.
