Wabtec Board Members, Lee Foster and Michael Howell, Announce Retirements

PITTSBURGH, May 31, 2022– Wabtec Corporation’s (NYSE: WAB) Board of Directors today announced the retirement of Directors Lee Foster and Michael Howell upon reaching the Board’s retirement age. The retirements were effective May 18, 2022.
